HOW DO I.... REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE? To register with our surgery, please approach the reception staff at any one of the three branches. They will request your medical card or supply you with a registration form if your card has been misplaced. Under our present NHS contract, you will be registered with the Victoria Surgery and not an individual GP. You can see any one of the partners when you need to see a doctor, appointments allowing. |
