Heddiw mae Medrwn Môn yn lansio Llyfryn Gwybodaeth newydd.  Mae’r llyfryn yn rhestru’r gwasanaethau cyfredol sydd ar gael i gefnogi trigolion Ynys Môn. Mae manylion dros 30 o wahanol wasanaethau yn y llyfryn – a’r nod ydy tynnu sylw trigolion Ynys Môn at fudiadau a gwasanaethau sydd ar gael a allai roi hwb i’w hiechyd a’u lles.

Today, Medrwn Môn is launching a new Information Booklet – that gives an up-to-date list of services that are available to support the residents of Anglesey. The booklet lists details of more than 30 different services – and the aim is to ensure that the residents of Anglesey are aware of organisations and services that can support their health and well-being.
